This 4-ports PoE Switch in PC complies with PCI Express 1.1 Bus Standard and 10/100Base T(X)   IEEE802.3at (PoE) standard. It supports auto-negotiation and will automatically identify the   speed and workings of the connected switches, concentrators and other IP devices. It will also automatically switch between 10Base-T and 100Base-TX, identify and adjust the way and speed of transmission  (Fullduplex, 10/100M).
